The master suite has a King Sized bed, private lanai and private bath with one of the deepest bath tubs I've ever seen. This unit has great light and breezes and I think you'll love the views. The floor plan separates the Master from the other two bedrooms for privacy.

Ocean Tower 621's plan has the unique feature of having one of the bedrooms locked off and is available to rent as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom except during the Christmas Season. It's an excellent option for someone who really wants the high quality features of this Villa, but only needs 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Don't forget, there is a fold out queen sized hideabed in the living room.

The two remaining bedrooms are each complete with their own baths, flat screen tvs, and great beds. One is a Queen Sized bed and in the 3rd lockout Bedroom there are twins that can be made into a King upon request. Each of our units do have a complimentary pack N play for young children. And we have a supply of highchairs, strollers, etc.

I hope you'll enjoy the exquisite decor of the Villa with lots of island style furnishings and comfortable furnishings. The living room has 2 sofas with a lovely 50" flat screen tv with cable and DVD player. If your vacation plans include finding a large property with lots of sleeping space, since one of the Sofas is a queen sized hideabed, in the 2 bedroom set up we sleep 6 and in the 3 bedroom setup, we sleep 8.

As your trip is getting closer, here is the process for getting checked into your Villa that you'll be staying at. If you are arriving at the airport and getting a rental car, I ask that you give us a call once you have your rental car and are leaving the airport.

Vicky, my wife, will probably be the one to meet you and her phone number is 808 225 3484 and her email is vspanier@aol.com. If you have any special requests regarding your arrival or have other questions, please feel free to give her a call or send her a note. Once you have your rental car ( the variable in the equation ) we will know how long until you arrive.

If you want to add one more, there is a 24 hour security # at the Beach Villas and they also have your reservation information and the ability to provide you with emergency access to your room if that was needed for some reason, but that would be a most unusual situation. If you have a GPS or smart phone, the physical address is 92-104 Waialii Place Kapolei HI 96707

Leaving the airport, take the H1 West exit toward Waianae . Now just stay on this road for about 19 miles until you come to the Ko Olina exit. It's a large exit about 2 miles after you have passed the Shopping centers in Kapolei.

You'll come to an entry to Ko Olina and you'll be asked your destination.



Let them know you are going to the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. They will welcome you and you are on your way. On your right, you'll have the Paradise Cove Luau, the Marriott Ihilani Hotel and the new Disney hotel that opened in August. On your left you'll have the golf course and the new commercial center with an ABC store and some restaurants and ice cream.




After the Disney Hotel, you'll pass one large vacant lot on your right and then you'll be turning right on Waialii Place toward the ocean and will see the Beach Villas on your left. At the end of the culdesac you can make a left turn into the circle drive which is where we will meet you.

Kai Lani Ocean View Property For Sale - Great For VA Purchasers

I just love Kai Lani, it is where I live myself. It is the only residential neighborhood with the exception of the Beach Villas at Ko Olina that gives you the expansive views of the ocean and the northern view of the Waianae Coast and mountains. Gorgeous as sunset comes along and a short walk thru preservation property to the ocean and a little beach. Kai Lani is as good as it gets !

Each of the units above have the photos from their Lanai's, & the pictures above are from the Architects Model to give you a feel of the Beach tower and Ocean tower as well as the locations within them. The Beach Tower is the building closest to the beach and the Ocean Tower is the building toward the back of the property with the views of the grounds & the ocean. I am very familiar with each of these properties & as a resident of Ko Olina, can assist you with other information about the area also.

In a recent development, due to a dispute between the Home Owners Association and the owner of the Commercial Apartment where the Fitness Center is located, the fitness center is currently unavailable until a meeting of the minds can be reached. I do hope that will be remedied, but at this point the sides are far apart, and I doubt that it will be worked out in the near future. Unless you were planning on being able to use exercise machines while you are out here, I doubt you would notice the difference, but it is something that was available and currently is not so I wanted to make you aware of that and if there is a change I will update the website.

The first time you come into Honolulu, I don't think you can help being taken by the towering high rise buildings. Like so many chess pieces on an urban board, they each have their signature look and prestigious addresses in bold on the faces of the buildings. Names like Moana Pacific, Hawaiki Tower and Wailana at Waikiki are passed on the streets but the real pleasure is when you have the chance to enter them.

The views from these architectural marvels are fabulous and present urban living at it's finest. Once inside the buildings, it is easily understood why so many people call them home. With various levels of security and walking access to some of the most popular areas of town they are communities within themselves.



When I listed the property at Wailana, I easily met several residents who chatted a bit with me about how they loved the building. I'm sure there is a certain amount of pride with each buildings inhabitants, but I was struck by the common theme of the conversations I had with them as to their delight to live there. I think the great feature of the Wailana is her location. Straddling one of the most vibrant intersections in Waikiki, there are dozens of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance from your door. The amazing Hilton Hawaiian Village and the impressive Hale Koa Hotels are across the street with the large open spaces of Fort DeRussy park also on the other side of the street.

There is a popular 24 hour restaurant at the street level, the Wailana coffee shop, which can be accessed through the lobby.
