This spacious home is fully appointed and ready for you to enjoy for a vacation of a life time. This condo has an expansive Lanai with plenty of comfortable places to lounge overlooking the Ocean and the grounds of the fabulous Beach Villas at Ko Olina. You'll find yourself enjoying the open kitchen and lanai and the biggest decisions you'll have to make are where to enjoy each day.
The master bedroom suite enjoys a private Lanai overlooking the surrounding mountains and golf course ( Ko Olina Golf Course ) and is a suite you'll be perfectly content in. The Luxurious King Size bed, Flat screen TV and sumptuous Bath and Tub will enchant you.
The second of 3 bedrooms has a Queen sized bed with a nice view also and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins that can be made into a King sized bed upon request for flexibility in your sleeping arrangements.

Close enough to drive into for adventure and dining, but for those who would rather come home to the escape of tranquility and peace with quiet uncrowded beaches, Ko Olina is a wonderful place to call home for a week or two.

Priced comparably to a single hotel room with ocean views, this oceanfront residential condominium is an excellent way to stretch your vacation dollars without compromising on what you want. All quotes of final pricing include 13.96% ( combined GET & TAT Hawaii tax and a one time check in/cleaning fee of $300.00 for each stay.
In a recent development, due to a dispute between the Home Owners Association and the owner of the Commercial Apartment where the Fitness Center is located, the fitness center is currently unavailable until a meeting of the minds can be reached. The previous resort manager has been dismissed and replaced with a new ( and in my opinion superior management company ) but the owner of that company and other parts of the Ko Olina resort currently controls the area where the fitness center was located and a workable lease or purchase of that commercial apartment has not been able to be reached at this time. I do hope that will be remedied, but at this point the sides are so far apart, I doubt that it will be worked out in the near future. Unless you were planning on being able to use exercise machines while you are out here, I doubt you would notice the difference, but it is something that was available and currently is not so I wanted to make you aware of that.
