The Final Sale Event... Finally !
Now that the September and May Sale Events have come to a close, all of the Developer owned units have gone into escrow and/or closed and the Beach Villas will now begin to establish themselves as one of the premier residential facilities on Oahu. On the 15th of May we saw the last 54 units sell out and those transactions are in the process of closing. Unfortunately... or fortunately depending upon the case, there may be a few sales that don't get all the way to closing so let me know if you'd like to know about any units that go back on the market - Fallen sales .
